Question:

The problem of evil?

this is what's keeping me from believing God/the higher intelligence is that "good". If you have good intentions, the universe will help you, but what about when it's the other way around; why do people with bad intentions receive help; look at history. yes, i do know about free will, but whoever is in charge supports the good and the bad. what are your thoughts on this, thanx

ps) and with the suffering and purification thing, i think that's sadistic. by the way, i don't like thinking this way, but i'm sensitive to what's going on, and i wouldn't want to live in some other part of the world.

  1. sometimes what appears to be good is really bad and the other way around. the biggest problem i ever had turned out to be my biggest blessing. but then again it's all about perception: i could have always viewed it as a good thing or the other way around or somewhere in the middle. so i guess we first have to figure out what reality is. your reality is your perception. physical  reality may be an illusion.

  2. Only you can answer this question for yourself. No one else.

  3. As someone said in a recent answer....

"God uses evil for His own purpose".

I agreed then and I again confirm my belief.

    And God knows best.

  4. evil prevails when good men fail to act i say'

  5. evil exist no doubt about that. and good

and evil has its domain especially on earth but not everywhere

goodness prevails over evil, but they say theres no stopping evil itself because the ruler of evil is the devil and he has won so many souls who haunt and can manupulate you into thinking that way is right when it really leads to death, the contrast of good and evil has been going on since the beginning, and theres a vey clear statement im sure you heard it.

"theres a way for a man that seems right but its end is death"

the light prevails over darkness if you believe and do good, and any one is open to getting in a bad encounters.

  6. Too many people blame God for what is evil.  As long as you can keep your own soul good and pure is when you have made a difference.  Violate your soul and you change the world as well but not for the better.  Your choice.  Only your choice.

  7. in the most ultimate sense, the absolute intelligence within all~

    is  a completely utilitarian provider..

allowing for all things, including individual retrospection,

    necessitates highly (self)conscious organisms

    that are free willing systems.

the stronger connection with the source that individual systems have,

the more in accord they will be with nature/life.

    stay connected

  8. The universe is evil and creates egos that are all evil, but egos are necessary to fulfill the purpose of God. And God is not good or evil. But how the Zionist or the evil Illuminatis get away with all the evil they do, it seems like there is no justice anywhere, here or on other planes of existence. All I can think is that possibly groups collect together who have karmic similarities and evil men are allowed to punish them, because if the world had no oppression in it, then everyone would live very well and after a while no one would suffer at all. However, how does really bad karma go away?  Perhaps the country where people support a very bad govt that murders wantonly innocent people in other countries, in the next life the tables are turned and the suppressed become the suppressors to the people that suppressed them, and this goes on and on and on, back and forth. Also without suffering, why would anyone turn to God in order to escape? If no one turns to God, then evolution stops because no one will be escaping reincarnations and fulfill the purpose of creation.

  9. Things happen for better or for worse, for good or evil. But if it effects you, all you can do is find a way to make it better and live on.

  10. What allows evil may be the good people standing by and doing nothing about it. Having the idea of a god in control only adds to the excuse, since in that case it's all for the best anyway. Then we get to watch other people/animals suffer and feel comfortable in ignoring it. In reality we should get off our asses and realize that people are starving/working for a dollar a day, etc. all over the world while we live better than the kings did a few hundred years ago. What appears as evil is a result of a history as complex as what causes the weather. It's a combination of circumstances, partly free will and partly not. Without a god to blame, humanity must step up to create the type of world we want.
