The pump on my Servis

The pump on my Servis M4803 is working but not emptying the machine. I have checked all hoses and drains etc so assume that the pump is somehow "buggered". I want to get at the offending item to see if it can be repaired. Hoe do I gain access to it?Thanks in advanceAndy Cooper
