The question I asked earlier about how I can submit a proposal that help with mass transportation.?

Los Angeles County has numerous freeway system. We can use these systems by using bicycles combined with buses to relieve the high gas problems this county and the nation as a whole have. The problem with L.A. county is it is very vast. Mass transporting by rail will not stop people from using their private autos. The current bus system will not greatly relieve the problem. I think my proposal will. My proposal can cut the time used during high traffic hours. And my proposal will not cost that much. All I need is an audience to see my proposal.
