The "Clean Energy Stimulus" Act?

What are all of your opinions on it? What are your thoughts concerning this resource - its potential, reasons for delays, and the competitive economics presented? Propose a brief action plan for more rapid progress, or a justification for more delays, depending on your point of view.

Personally, I think the idea is good, sure, a cleaner America, who wouldn't want it? However I think the cost is a problem.

I will have to agree with you.

We have to protect the Earth for the future generations. The only problem of doing that is it costs a lot of money to start organizations and have volunteers help out. It is also going to take quite an effort because not everybody actually believes that our planet is in bad shape and wouldn't help out.
