The "Open With" directly comes on whenever i try to acess my local drives C & D. How to disable this?

i just want it to open normally another thing is tht "always use this kind of program to open this kind of file" option also seems disabled

I suspect that there is a malicious Autorun.inf file on your hard disk ("C:" and "D").

Make sure to display hidden files and folders, un-check the "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" option and go ahead and delete the Autorun.inf file. scan your computer with a decent Antivirus or a Spyware removal tool like Spybot Search and destroy.
