To correct this problem, try clearing your Internet Explorer cache

To correct this problem, try clearing your Internet Explorer cache:

Open Internet Explorer

From the top-level menu, select Tools –> Internet Options

Under 'Browsing History,' click the Settings button

On the Settings dialog, select "Automatically"

Click OK to close the Settings form

Click OK to close the Internet Options form

If this does not correct your problem, you might have ad removal or firewall software that is blocking a necessary portion of the information that your Yahoo! Launchcast Player requires to display correctly.
