Question:

The radio and cd player in my jeep just stopped working?

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty, and the radio and cd player just stopped working when I turned on the car the other day. The clock still works, and you can change what cd you want to listen to, but nothing plays. I've checked the fuse, but it is fine. Any ideas? I have no experience with cars whatsoever.

Thanks! ;)

  1. maybe need a new radio. is it still under warranty?

the clock and the cd loader use seperate power leads than the radio and amp.  check the fuse pannel again ot make sure the ing 12v to the radio is still ok.

  2. Dont take it to the dealership!! This happens all the time there is more than one fuse box.. Read your vehicle handbook and locate all of the fuses that have to do with audio, check them (especially the fuse box underneath the hood ) I hope this works for you
