the 10 points is awarded to the person who puts in the top 5 teams for every division. along with the top 8 teams in the east/west conference. also the cup winner and over whom?

for instance:

1. Pitts

2. new york

3. phily

4. new jerey

5. new york

and put in each conference and there top 8 teams per conference
