A lot of people say the Sigma is rubbish, most of them have never acutally used one, they've recieved their info 2nd-hand.
"Sigma is a Glock clone"
It's true that it's polymer and has similiar parts, but the Sigma is comfier and to me actually resembles a H&K USP more than a Glock
"The material melts" There has only been on instance of that, and the person recieved it second-hand. The gun was probabally exposed to chemicals or something.
"Trigger is stiff"
It just takes getting used to.
"Doesn't load/eject"
Try using the right bullets.
"It's unaccurate"
All double-action pistols are.
By the way, some models of Sigma are actually very bad (like ones of a certain calibre are more likely to jam), but the ones that aren't faulty are superb.
Yes, the Sigma has flaws, and when you compare those attributes or features, others may seem better, but if you hold it in your hand and shoot it, it's lots of fun and very accurate. Comparing it overall, in general, to other firearms is the best way of getting an accurate view.
If anybody has actually USED one, what do you think about it? Suitable for law enforcement? Shooting sports?
