Pull out the drawers, put it under the kick board of the counter.

An exterminator is probably the best wat to go though.

The eggs are the ones that keep coming back.

I couldn't live with those nasty critters. But you can even bring them home from the store in a bag of potatoes.

Along with the spraying you should try something called "Egg stopper."

They have several different ones on the market but they essentially stop the bug from growing. If it can't reach adult hood then it can't breed and it will eventually die even if it is still around for a while.  I had no luck getting rid of our bugs until I bought this stuff.  It really works. Besides those you should also use a gel that they also sell that the bugs get on them and take it back to their hiding places. The bug doesn't die right away.  Other hiding cockroaches eat the dead bug and they die too.  Perfect solution.  The Orkin guy put gel on the outside and underside of our drawers in order to keep it from ending up in us too. Just a very small amount about an inch of gel on the side of each drawer. I had small kids and I wanted to make sure they didn't have any way to touch it or ingest it. It doesn't smell like the spray does and you don't have to breath any of it in.  Other than that they also powdered the back of cabinets with boric acid dust.  You can find this stuff at any hardware store.  Hope you get every last one of them.
