will the UK see an end to the open door for unskilled labour?

This concerns me a lot, now the immigration policy may backfire in a big way. Overpopulated  UK with mass unemployment instead of mass immigration. I don't trust the government one bit. I think they are pretendind to stop mass immigration but simply do not tell us how many are coming into the UK daily.All we have to do is look around and we know it is a lot. If anybody has this information I would appreciate it
