The red color on my phillips 60 in big screen is gone the blue and green work fine,?

i can see a blue light and a green light on the back of the tv but no red light please help

I am assuming that is an older phillips big screen , in the back of it ..It is exactly what you said ..3 bulbs , red , blue and green ..The red one is burned out ..

Your red gun is out.  Good luck on getting that replaced.  Once you have a gun go bad, you have to replace all 3 of them because if you don't, the new red will overpower the green and the blue.
