It it at all unreasonable to expect your meal to be hot upon it being served to you?

  1. maybe they need to fix their heat lamp that keeps the food warm while it sits for 15 mins after being cooked so the waitress can step put back and take a smoke break.  ( that was an excuse given to us for our cold food)haha.

  5. No, it is not unreasonable.  That is why I do not go to Denny's anymore.  I even sent various emails to the corporate office and they keep sending back vouchers for free meals but even those meals were not hot.

    So I wrote back again and told them that even thought they were nice enough to send vouchers, they should have been nice enough to serve the meal hot.
