The right side of my face feels like it's in a vice. Nothings helping!

can the heat cause a headache that severe?

You maybe experience a migraine headache. Do bright lights bother you and noises? Heat shouldn't cause just one side of your head to hurt. You may have an abscess on one your teeth. Either way you should go to a Doctor and have it check out. Especially if regular over the counter pain meds don't help with the pain.
