Without making any snide remarks about how strange or "retarded" this idea may be, would having a large pool full of lime Jello (set jello, so solid in other words) attract bees? I mean, i'm sure it'll attract ants by the millions, but will bees and other insects try to get at it?

This is a super serious question.

  1. big mess. Sticky.

  2. lol that would be awesome. Let me put it too you this way you know near the end of the summer and all the bee's are climbing into your soft drinks and floating in them. They are attracted to the sugar. so yes it would attract bee's as well as many other pests. Although bee's also are good for pollinating. so I hope you have a garden nearby

  3. probably. I heard about someone on the radio who spent a month figuring out all the particulars and then she and some of her friends did it to the swimming pool at their high school as their senior prank.

  4. To me, it sounds like a big mess.  Sticky.

On line, I found that Bees go  for Basil.

Bees go mad for sunflowers and birds love to eat the seeds in the autumn.

You can get a lot of good information on line.
