The river tragedy?

Who heard about this? I heard about it and it's pretty sad. It's on the news here in Australia.

7 people died and 6 were students :(

This is a pretty sad day for the families :(

its is awful :-( I'm in New Zealand if you want to read a bit more about it, the names of those who passed etc check out stuff.co.nz its the first article on the page of course, just goes to show how quickly nature can change its course...

yes it is very sad, but it looks like the drought may finaly be over, with all this rain were getting

Saw it on the news. Its a great tragedy and what seems like a very unfortunate event.

May the deceased RIP and my thoughts are with their families, friends and the community

that is so sad, i was like aww but then again they should have not gone out there in the bad weather and they should have had professional people with them.

it was a risky assumption and i guess it messed up
