HBK - Awesome wrestler rated one of the best in the world, Great mic skills. His matches always steal the show (ex Ric Flair VS HBK, Jericho VS HBK) Living legend. future Hall Of Famer.

The Rock - Awesome Mic Skills, One of the biggest icons of the 2000's, I didn't like his wrestling skills, but he did have some good finishers (ex Rock Bottom, People's elbow, People's eyebrow) and he could always make people laugh and put on a good show.

After my reasons - I like HBK

The Rock was easily the better in ring talent, he also had better mic skills. I think that The only all around better sports entertainer than The Rock was Stone Cold Steve Austin.

As far as talent goes it's probably a tie for me but if I had to choose I would definately choose The Rock all the way.

And I honestly have'nt any clue as to how many titles The Rock may have won. And to tell you the truth I don't even pay all of the title stuff any attention :) I just enjoy watching him :) or them :)
