The royal family are reptiles... why is this said and do you believe it?

I interested as to why people say that the royal family perhaps turn into reptiles when out of the public eye...serious answers only if you please.

Well its nothing to do with being a drain on public resources because we lose more money down the back of sofas/chairs and drop more money in the street per head than it costs us individually to maintain the monarchy.  Still it's a popular myth that the 'guardianistas' and lefties like to promote.

                                      I think lizards hang on to things, and the Royal family have lots of hangers on, so whoever made the suggestion could be correct.

This country is a traditionally Christian country that has had a monarch since 871, and that's just the way I want it to stay. I hadn't heard of anyone who said the current Royal family are reptiles but reading the other answers I see it's that deluded nutter and former TV weatherman Icke who said it. If anyone believes anything he says they also need their head tested. Your appalling grammar makes your username an ironic misnomer.

This means: the royal family is mean and will use people for their own benefits.  I think this is partially correct.  I mean, some royal families are very reptilian, but others are nicer.  It depends on who ur talking about.
