s.s anne ship left and i cant get to cinnibar island.

You can surf down from Pallet town (the first town), or left from Fucshia city. I would reccommend going from Pallet town, as the trip is much shorter.

there are two ways to get there first by surfing there from fushia city or get fly and fly to pallet town and surf down. and by the way, surf is in fushia city in the safari zone.
