The safest way to modify xp to look like vista?

plz sum1 tell me how to modify my xp to look like vista....i tried de crystalxp pacage....but it affected my system folders and i had to format my pc....(all i want s xp performance and vista looks with out viruses).....

it will automatically change the theme to vista and look like vista though the performance will work like XP

look u can't convert xp into Vista  

and u can't get same speed like vista in xp
