The same person has been appearing in my dreams for the past few nights, what does this mean?

Ok, I been thinking about a friend for the past few weeks as we haven't really chatted lately as hes busy, but then all of a sudden starting a few weeks ago he has been appearing in my dreams, what does this mean ?

You answered your own question--you've been thinking about him, haven't talked in a while cause he's busy.  You probably just need to reconnect with him and he'll disappear from your dreams.
