The schools in the metro Denver area good for Jr High Kids?

I would stay away from most of the DPS schools, but Jeffco.  Lots of good schools there.  I worked in Golden for a while.  I loved it!  The kids there were great!   I would recommend staying in the Western part of the area, or Douglas County has a lot of money and everything there is new and considered the best.

i go to Denver Public schools merrill jr high 6 - 8th gr and i love it love it

I can't speak for Denver schools , Haven't heard a  much good about them, but Jefferson county ( Lakewood, Arvada , Wheatridge ) have great schools. Douglas County ( parker, Castle rock,Highlands ranch ) are great also.
