The screen of my iPod video is frozen!

its not locked, and i click a million times but its frozen i dont know what to do im desperate heeeeeeellllllllppppppppppppppp

my ipod is my life!

easy, plug the ipod to a wall plug to recharge it. or you can press the reset buttons (center button and top button together for as long as it takes) uselessly works fine, sometimes it it may take a few attempts.

power plugs tend to reset the ipod fine but i would try reseting it before pluging it in, if all else fails, let the battery drain, recharge it and it will be back to normal.

That stinks when that happens well when that happened to me on my nano i aint no pro but i let the battery die and once it died i plugged it into the computer and it wasn't frozen anymore so just go ahead and leave it on like i did it should work after you plug it in

hold down the menu & center button (at the same time) until it restarts
