The secret sound game??

Question

Ok so the radio station is having a secret sound game. It sounds like a stiff scrub brush scrubbing something, then a thump and then something splashing in water. The clues so far are MRSA(the skin infection) , Oppenheimer (the finacial group who's logo is hands) and the height of a horse (horses are measured in "hands") Anyone have a guess? Please & thank you for any help you can provide!

its the act of bathing a horse, the brush scrubs the horse then splashes it back in the water.

It sounds like  giving a baby a bath:) ,they do splash

or maybe a dog?

my guess is as follows: my partner is a general practitioner and they wash  and scrub their hands at a sink where you turn the water on and off either with your elbow or with a foot pedal. it tends to make a 'thump' sound when turned on or off. i hope this helps.

Could it be the sound of a hand cleanser bottle falling into the sink after washing hands?  Probably not, b/c I'm always terrible at these sound guessing games...

This sound is driving me crazy too... I have made the same offer with my dad...lol

Problem is, if I ever could figure out the clues, I can't get through.  I always get "All circuits are busy"...lol

My guess was also a hand sanitizer dispenser....the only thing that is confusing me about that is the water plunk.  I thought washing hands, like the practitioner, but it was already considered a wrong answer.  I have been googlin' this for a couple days.  MRSA (sanitize to prevent), Oppenheimer (hand logo), height of a horse (measured in hands) and jewel (worn on a ring on a hand).  Has to do something with hands.
