Ok so I have this huge math packet to do and school starts monday and I am no good at math so help is appreciated

  1. How do you find the area of a square? Answer: Multiply length x width.  In this case both the length and the width are equal to Sq. Rt. of 18.  So you get sq18 x sq18...and what happens when you multiply two equal square roots???? Sorry, I'm a math teacher...figure it out from there.


  2. The area of a square is the square of the length of its side.

    √18 * √18 = 18

  3. 18

    area of a square = side ^2

    so... area of this square = sq rt (18) ^2 = 18
