Are there any similarities between the two internment camps?

Here a couple things I found out:

Similarities

-Both started when USA were hit (Pearl Harbor, 9/11)

-Racially Discriminative (Japan, Middle Eastern Countries)

Differences:

-Better treatment for the Japanese, the prisoner in Guantanamo was and is tortured

is there anything else?

  1.  Not all Guantanamo Bay prisoners are "high-value targets," there are countless stories of prisoners being mixed up with someone else or prisoners who did nothing wrong but were under "suspicion." Without a trial or due process, how are you to know that no mistakes were made and that all the inmates in GB are in fact enemies of the United States?
