The simplest way to put on contacts??

ok, it has taken me forever to get the little ******* in my eye!! the eye doctor told me to bring them home and keep practicing, i have to put my left hand over my head and hold my right eye brow with two figers but that dosnt work!!

Yea i know what u mean, so i just put on some glasses!

but what i did was on my left eye, [since im  right-handed]

i put the contact on my index finger, then while holding your middle finger on the bottom of your eyelids and your left hand on top of the eyelids [so your eye wont close] you try and put the contact. same thing with your right eye

opening your mouth also helps lol

for your right eye, hold your eyelid up with your index and middle fingers on your left hand.  pull the bottom part (idk what its called but u know wat i mean) under the eye down, and turn your head to the right (while looking into a mirror) look down at your nose. you should have the contact on your index finger on your right hand.  put the contact in youru eye (on the white part of your eye.  the part to the right of you pupil or whatever on your right eye.  the doctor said it was easier this way cuz u don't really have to put them in right on your eye cuz its sensitive. so when you put it in, you should be looking to the left and you should put the contact in on the white part of your eye that is showing alot since ur eye is turned.

oh and for the left eye, u pretty much do the same except use the oposite hands and look to the right and down at ur nose too, and u put the contact in the left side of ur eye.

i have to put my left hand over my hand and pull my eyelid up and with my right hand i pull the bottom part of my eye down. and then i look up and put the contact in. its really simple. when the eye doctor taught me how, she made me look at the contact while i put it in but that bothered me so i look up. hope that helps. :D

to get the right one in, you put your left middle finger on your eyelash and pull up, and put your right middle finger on your bottom eye lash and pull down. you put the contact on your right index finger. then, look up, and while you are looking up at the ceiling, put the contact in. then look back down, and blink until it is in place and comfortable. good luck!
