The sims 2 aand expansions?

i got this microvault usb 2.0 sony 2gb stick at staplesthe other day for 13 dollars and i was wondering that i wanted to put my sims 2 game and exapansions here are the expansion packs i want to put on it the sims 2 deluxe the sims 2 glamour life stuff the sims 2 bon voyage and the sims 2 open for buisness.so how would i put those games on it to avoid wasting my mermory on my new computer.thanks i need all the info i could get?

You mean install the game to a location on the USB drive instead of the default C:\Program Files\EA GAmes\The Sims 2 ?

Novel idea... but not enough space.

The total HD space needed for the games you mentioned will be  approximately 9GB. Even with a 16GB USB drive there are some things to be aware of:

= you always have to have that thumb drive inserted and active to play the game

= your saved files would still always be under My Documents. This cannot be changed

= you could never just take the thumb drive and pop it into another computer and play it (in case that idea crossed your mind). It wouldn't work on another system.

= if your thumb drive ever got it's drive letter changed (which can happen if you add another USB device or other drive unless you set it in disk management) the game would stop working until you gave it the correct letter again.
