It depends on where you are located.  It will not be visible in the U.S. except for far eastern Maine where a brief, small partial eclipse will occur shortly after sunrise time there.  Otherwise it will be visible essentially from far northeast Canada across the arctic, then into Russia and northern China before ending over northeast China.  It will begin in about 3 hours from now.  You can view it over the web via webcasts.
