The soluntion center popup screen and the windows installer screen pop up every few minutes. I can't find my software that came with the printer. And I can't find the file on my computer either. It's driving me crazy. As far as I can see, it's not a necessary file and I'd really like to get rid of it. Help? Oh, I have the HP Officejet J4580
