Yes it is He wrote it one day when they were filming camp rock and his blood pressure was to high so he couldnt perticapate

Yeah, the song is about Nick's diabetes and he's saying that nobody really knows how he feels, even if they think they do or try to get how he feels. The lyrics "cuz you don't know what you've got, till it's gone" is telling people that they literally don't know the amazing things they've got, until it's taken from them. I love this song, it's my favorite and it's really amazing and beautiful.

Yes, it is about his struggle with Diabetes . He was diagonosed with type 1 diabetes in the 2005. He wrote this song about 9 mothes ago. He was having a really rough  day due to his diabetes, so he sat down in front of a piano and wrote ALBL.
