The songs on my ipod keep skipping and i cant listen to music??

my ipod plays songs randomly but some songs skip and dont even play. whats the problem???

it's broke..  do what I do..

I listen to the radio.

first try resetting your ipod. hold down the menu button and hold down the middle circle button at the same time. this will reset your ipod, but you wont lose any of your songs. i think that'll take care of your problem.

if you still cant fix it, call 1-800-MY-APPLE, cause i've called them lots of times for problems really similar to yours.. they can definitely help you out trust me.

go onto itunes and right click on the ones that skip and then click on properties and go through that until you find something helpful
