The spam in my group is set to delete. How can I change it so that I can view the message first?

Group Question: The spam in my Yahoo group is set to DELETE the message prior to my viewing it. I would like to read the message first and accept or delete it. How do I do it? Thanks :-)

spam is pointless avertising. (i cant spell) anyway u dont wanna look at it and besides if u take it of delete you will get like 300 message a day so gd luck with that =]

well, not sure of a group setting that autmatically deletes the spam. never seen it. the spam filter is either on, or off.

reverse the below and turn the filter on- however the filter is faulty and it snags non spam posts

Here’s how to turn Spam Filtering off:

From the list on the left, click Management.

Click Messages under Group Settings.

Click Edit next to Posting and Archives.

Select Off under "Spam Filtering".

Click Save Changes.
