The special needs teacher at school is insane..?

i'm a peer tudor in special needs classes at school, and occationally i help out in this one class, totally not by choice. my first day in there she was telling the kids she majored in history and wanted to pursue something in that as opposed to what she's doing now, i think that's a little harsh for anyone to here, it makes you think okay so were just an inconvience or something? around christmas, the kids were making jars of cookie dough for their parents and she was yelling and handling one of the kids kind of roughly, and then said "why are you shaking so badly" and started to laugh hystarically, it was like some cheap thrill she had torturing this poor kid. i'm not the only one that notices too, my friend that's in the class with me says that too. i don't understand why she's even there, those are such sweet kids and i don't want someone being a total b*tch to them. so what should i do?

You need to talk to the principal and the parents because she's abusing psicologically of those children, explain the situation.

This might sound wacky, but I think you should secretly tape her on a cell phone. It will be your word against hers, and teachers really know how to twist things around.

Show the tape to your parents and ask them to tell the principal that if nothing is done, your parents will let you upload it to you-tube.

you should immediately talk to an authority in the school and file a complaint against her her actions are unacceptable and as a parent of a child with special needs and if he were being mistreated like that i would want someone watching out for him. you can not allow this teacher to mistreat these children. you know what is right just do it.

YOu and everyone else that knows about this teacher should write down EVERYTHING taht you know. WHat is said and done by this teacher.

Then, get as many parents together as you can and get them to take your letters to the principal all together.

Tell principal if this is not stopped they will go on up the chain to the superintendent and every member of the school board.

Also write a letter about this to put in the newspaper.

The first example you give doesn't sound insane at all.

The second example happened over two months ago so it is a bit late to start complaining about it now.

If you have concerns talk to some one in authority at the school.

If you are a student at the school you and your friends should go tell the principal what you have seen.  You need to not be forceful or demanding but rather show the principal that you are concerned about the other students.  Then after that you need to let the principal handle things.
