mark henry is a trained olympic weight lifter..

plus he set several records in weigthlifting and once hold the distinction of being the world's strongest man...

khali is nothing more than a body builder...if you would observe khali relly carefully, he coulndt stand still, he have to constantly shift his body weight from one foot to another because his legs cannot fully support his body weight. if he were to jump from the second top rope of a wrestling ring h**l probably end up like sid eudy and snap his leg in two...point is, to be a strongman you need not only upperbody strenght but also a strong lowerbody and legs for support.
