program. i'm having problems finding exactly what i need to do. anyone got any information for me?

You will need to contact the proper person for that information. Maybe going back to the place that actually put you on academic suspension. I am sure all cities and states are different.

The RESTART program has been designed to provide intense services to help students improve academic success.  The program provides information to the student about college resources as well as several required activities that must be completed prior to re-enrollment.  Students who do not follow these guidelines will not be allowed to register for or attend classes.

If you are on academic suspension, I would simply contact the institution which you were attending before the suspension. I am sure that they will be able to point you in the right direction if they, themselves do not have the information.
