The teflon wore off my frypan & an interesting tangy burnt taste?

Question

made my stirfries less bland. To recreate that taste, should I get a cast iron fry pan? I would throw away the other pan in case I ingest Teflon flakes.

what can i do if i think my tastebuds have been corroded by stupid teflon ware from my pan. i know i need to get rid of the pans but what can i do to get rid of this awful taste in my mouth. suggestions?
