The term for unfair lawyers

whats the term used for unfair lawyers

say when your rich you get a goood lawyer who will basically help you win when your guilty where the innocent side has a bad lawyer and looses

that kinda situation

whats the term used for it?

What's unfair about your attorney winning for you?  It certainly isn't unfair if he/she prevents you from being wrongfully accused or imprisoned.  It would be good lawyering!

inequity? I don't think there is a term for rich people having good lawyers and poor people having bad lawyers. Just like rich people have nicer houses and cars and such, they can afford better representation.

Court Appointed Lawyer.  Shade tree Lawyer or Out House / Porta Pottie Lawyer and or Public Defenders. Paralegal.

jerk idot . bias . usually when the innocent side has lawyer it is public defender  and i call them public pretenders. and another word for lawyer is liar
