  1. That is a good question. I think getting to know one another and getting use to working with the same people makes the atmosphere more comfortable. From the get go, play some games that involve the same groups, do what you can to create good working climate.

  2. remove drugs, guns, cigaretts and alcohole from schools!

which is really hard to do. . . . thats why no one bothers with it!

  3. There is too much competition for your attention. Teachers have to compete with a world that is literally at a students finger tips at all times. They also compete with athletics, music, video games, x games, etc. being more fun and interesting than school. If i can fight off a bad guy in some virtualistic world on my computer or TV for 6 hours straight, how can a school teacher compete with that when they are trying to teach the Pythagorean Theorem. We let our children do anything and everything fun and tell them it is all more important than school. Letting them watch TV instead of read or study. Going to baseball/volleyball/football games until late at night and letting them put off homework. I feel for the teachers of today's students.

    Thanks

  4. Nobody learns anything while bored. School is boring. Liven it up and remember that kids are kids, not drones. It is against children's natures to sit down, shut up, and do uninteresting repetitive work.
