  1. i suggest you mix it in a petrol can with 2 litres of petrol ,wich would equal to 100ml for the 2 litres ,or for you question it is 25ml or 75ml of oil im not exactly sure,sorry

A 50:1 ratio means 50 parts gasoline, 1 part oil.  If you have 1250 mls of gasoline, you need 1/50th that volume for oil.  1250/50 = 25 mls of oil.  To make it easier, I'd mix extra, so you're not mixing every time you fill up.  A 2 liter gasoline volume takes 40 mls and 2.5 liters needs 50 mls of oil.  Then you've got 2 tankfuls at a time.
