  2. I haven't tried it... and I don't think I would risk $67 for it...

As it says in the description of the product (when it talks about ballet books), "I found a few good tips here and there but nothing really made the difference for me."

Ballet can be improved through hard work in class. While books can provide advice sometimes, they can't move your body for you... I suggest that you don't buy it, because although it sounds helpful, you can never be too sure. And it will only give tips on how to dance, you'll have to do the work yourself. Save the money and ask your teacher. Hope this helps!

  3. i asked liz, she doesnt know what that is

  4. no but it sounds cool so i would try it if i were u. it could help u

  5. i haven't but it sounds cool u should try it.

  6. Wouldn't it be wonderful if it was that simple. Sure it simple for her, after taking all those classes. Theory can only get you so far or no where at all. You just have to take those classes, and study what they usually give you - materials like definitions. Will this book help you? It might, but so does other instructional books on ballet, along with classes you take.  Books by Sandra Noll Hammond - "Ballet: Beyond The Basics" or "Ballet Basic" are really good, check them out from your library if they have them or at Amazon.

  7. youll have to download or buy it to know what it is on this web site
