The tip of my p***s is very sore and stingy HELP!

The tip and head of my p***s is very sore and stingy for a while until i leave it a while and it starts to get very tight and scabs form around the f******n like its like my f******n is trying to completely grow over my p***s! It gets all swollen and red too. Ive seen a doctor and he gave my cream and pills. i completed the course and now the creams out of date! What does this mean do i have to get circumcised? I NEED URGENT HELP

Oh and I'm 13 and have masturbated but only only came once and I've never had any kind of s*x before.PLZ HELP

Please go to the doctor and get more cream. Also tell him the cream is clearly not a long-term solution. Circumcision should be a last resort. If he mentions it, ask what the alternatives are.

if your parents havent taken you to an urologist, thats a p***s doctor, then ask them to do so.  This is not right and it is not healthy.  if you cant retract your f******n, then you might need  a circumcision.  have your parents look at these sites and see if that might take care of the problem after you have seen your doctor.
