First try this steps.

Open IE > tools > Internet Options > click on "usebalnk" > apply > ok

When a computer does things on its own it usually means there is a virus.  Do a scan to get rid of it.  If that doesnt work, try a system restore.  If that doesnt work, sadly, you'll have to reinstall your OS.

absolutely, it could be the sign of virus..

make sure that you hae a thorough virus scan or even take proffessinal help!!

and also try to change your home page, someone might have changed it!!!
