The top 3 nations in the next 5-10 years?

i need the opinions and ideas about 3 counties that may become the top nations in the future. in the all aspect, how and why?

Norway. Sweden. Iceland. Tops for quality of life.

well the United States will def. loose its leading role as the #1 Super power because of so many issues that are being ignored. such as our economic issue (as you can tell already)

But top 3? I'd say (not in order)

      North Korea - They are communist and don't let anything stop there drive, although they are "the bad guys". North Korea is currently doing research and is closest to Nuclear Fission. If they succeed before anyone else, they will be able to amazing things, like putting lazer guns on tanks (whipe out almost any force)

      Israel - I really don't have a why, just a hunch

      France (I'm not so sure about them)

It will be China Russia and the US. China and Russia are becoming more capitalist while still keeping some of their socialist policies in place. The US will remain on top as long as oil does not become a bigger issue. Look up M. King Hubbert and peak oil.

US, China, Russia.

The timeframe used is very short in global political-economic terms. Barring a major and unforeseen shift in the current situation like a major war or some natural/manmade calamity/disaster the three countries above should remain top of the game.

america: intrenched in industry and all markets has a heavy economic back bone. Huge military, inovative scientists.

india: Fastest growing technology, good education system, lots of out sourcing here,

China: most countries partiallially depend on  this country economically, keeps growing.

notes: America i predict will get worse but after about 5 or 6 years will start geting better

I predict india will grow constantly throughout the next 5 to 10 years.

I think china will grow for the next 6 or 7 years and then start to decline.

The next superpowers in 2025-2030 time period?

China;for obvious reasons,

India; a lot of the same reasons as China;also an IT and nuclear powerhouse too.

The EU; that's if they can find enough common ground with one another's nations.

Possibly Russia or CIS,if they can get their economy truly going beyond the oil phase.

The U.S.A.,while still a superpower in every way,just won't be the exclusive powerhouse on this planet like it has right up to now.

India and South America are sitting on gold mines. Oil, gold, silver, copper.... Everything. I say by 2050 India will be pretty far up there. They breed in mass numbers and their people take care of themselves... For now.

1. China- Fastest-growing economy and military; the next superpower

2. India- Similar to China but not as close to being a superpower

3. Russia- Returning to its past power economically, militarily, and politically but will probably not be a superpower again

I didn't include the US because they are already a superpower.

Europe, North America, China. The Euro is gaining strength, The US is involved in negotiations with Canada and Mexico to repeat that success, and China is Branching out in numerous ways.
