1. Hornets (They have gain some experience and they can't be stopped)

2.Lakers (Kobe, Bynum, and Gasol gurantees them a playoff spot)

3.Rockets (Healthy of course)

4.Suns (They always accumilate the wins, but just can't win in the playoffs)

Jazz will be close, but fouls and only winning home games will catch up with them this year. Spurs flopping will catch up with them as well.

Absolutely.

Lakers are clearly the best team in the west and have the best chance of winning it all this year.

Hornets are excellent young and devopling team and they will be right ont the tail of Lakers.

Rockets, i think they are great but with Tracy kind of older now there chances are lower but not vanished.

Jazz are soo good but they cant win on the road but i still think have what it takes to be in the top 4.

other teams:

Suns- are history with shaq on thier team and the others aging

Spurs- need to trade players out, they are way to old.

Trailbalizers- i think this will be a dangerous team but no one really knows weather greg oden will be good in the nba. anything can happend.

Clippers- i think they will be better than last year, thats for sure.

Kings- ahh probly .500 team

Warriors- are pretty d**n good cant do it all without davis though

nuggets- probly in playoffs but dont see them going far with no defence

mavs- hmm they are pretty good but dirk and kidd arent that good as everyone that

The Lakers with a healthy Bynum, no doubt is the top seed in the west. The Hornets will be better with experience but still not better than the Lakers. Those pesky Spurs will find someway to stay in contention, and I would put Houston fourth but staying healthy will be a huge factor for them so I would put Utah fourth instead.

So basically how last year ended...this upcoming season will pretty much be the same.

   3 - Spurs

   4 - Jazz
