Twist the cap, or go buy another tube, they are cheap, and the glue will age over a few weeks and fail to be fluid.

Or try cutting the glue out/cutting the lid off or something.

Fill a cup with boiling water straight out of the kettle and hold the top of the tube in it for around 20 seconds. Should loosen it enough to open it.
