The topcoat of this wall (PICTURE) is only mortar. Will it last?

Question

The wall is made of cinder block with filled cores. The topcoat is only mortar with some added concrete color. Will this wall last or should I do something to it?

You said is filled, I assume it means grouted solid. If that is the case it will last for many years. Good job, did you do it?

Good job.  How long it will last depends on how much rain and freezing occurs in your area.  But I don't think you need do any more.
