The touch screen stops working.

Question

I bought 2 Tissot T-touch all Titanium watches as gifts and had to return both of them on 3 occasions for the same problem. After about 3 months the touch screen stops working starting with the compass function first. The compass is the main reason I bought this model but it doesn't seem to work for long.
