  3. true. Unless one has an ego and lack of motivation then they see themselves as permanently successful already and rest on thier laurels, probably to be overpowered by motivated persons later.

  4. I agree. Once you succeed you can't just give up can you? You have to keep up the good work or let it go down the toilet. Simple as that.
