first off mccain is a hero yes.. but he is past his time, and pro military??? ha did yall forget that just this past summer he helped reject a bill that would give soldiers more money for college and schools!! granted it would force them to cut back on the spending in iraq, but technically if the iraqis have it their way, we'll be outta there by 2010 either way! so he rejected a bill that would better "His" soldiers and help them provide more for their families after the military. then again i guess their whole how to keep the U.S. from getting attacked on our soil is to just send us over with bullseyes on our backs for target practice, seriously why would terriorist come here to mess stuff up when they can just drive a few hours and blow themselves up!!! No wonder they dont want to bring us boys back home....
now dont go bashing me, i served two tours in iraq as infantry and the second one i vol. for (only cause i'm a little crazy i guess) and i have no problems going over, i'm just getting tired of watching my brothers getting wounded and dying in a place were not wanted or really needed too much anymore. at least if were going to get deployed and put in danger send us to iran,N.Korea, or a dozen other hot spots.. we did our mission in iraq, we killed suddams two sons(oh what a glorious day!!!!!best day i had there) and we captured that coward and watched as the iraqis hung his ***, we over threw their old regime and installed a new one that is getting stable... We've been through our civil war, so lets pull out like Palins, daughters boyfriend shouldve and declare it a victory like it is
